We are honored to have been able to serve and fellowship with Lawton, OK’s own POWERHOUSE Church of God In Christ United! Thank you Minister Dixon for your invitation! Following God’s instruction, Minister Dixon organized a 3 day Texoma Conference. That instruction cemented a divine connection, bringing together churches in fellowship from all over Lawton, OK. This clip is from day 1 of that conference. Connie Hicks led praise & worship on keyboard, backed up by Hellen Marshall on organ and Jehramy Bennett on drums. [PHC2]

Are Masonry and Christianity able to exist together. The S.B.C. says no, but does nothing to correct the fact that thousands of men in their convention are Masons. Hireling pastors are to cowardly to preach against Masonry for fear of loosing their “job”. How will men know that Masonry is an evil association filled with occult symbols, and blasphemy, if we don’t expose it. If they are truly converted, they will choose to leave it, if they are warned about its occult influence.

Belle Elkins doing what she did best – sharing her testimony of the Lord’s work in her and Phil’s life! I asked Belle to share her testimony with the rest of the congregation and I told her I was going to use it on the church web-site and post it on You Tube that way the whole world could hear it! She was really excited about that even though I knew she had no clue what I was talking about because computers just weren’t her thing as she would tell me. We recorded this video Sunday morning June 14th, 2009 never realizing it would be the last time she would share her testimony with us. Belle was having surgery on June 26th for colon cancer at Sebasticook Valley Hospital and what seemed to be a perfectly common procedure developed complications and she died while being transported to Eastern Maine Medical Center early that evening. Much to the surprise of everyone who knew her she went to sleep in this world and woke up in Enternity! Belle was always quick to Praise the Lord or bring a smile to your face. You never heard her complain and always gave the Father Glory! I always asked Belle how she was doing and she would say “spiritually well!” then I would ask her again and she would say “Well, I’ve been better but you know….!” She was just so refreshing to be around! She is already greatly missed by her family and her church family. She enjoyed church fellowship so much. Even in as much pain as she was in, she would faithfully come to the Friday night prayer meetings and pray for others and we would pray for her. Everyone who knew Belle loved her joyful personality. Belle was 78 years old and her husband, Phil, is 80 and both are active in church. I used to tell Belle, and the rest of the congregation for that matter, that the young folks in church are going to have a hard time explaining to the Father why they would let a 78 and 80 year old work as hard as they did for our church because they refused to get involved or even lift a finger to help. Lord help us all! Belle brought great joy to our hearts and Hebrews 13:17 will be a breeze for you! We love and miss you and eagerly wait to see you again!

As much as there are no goad people, there are also not good churches. The true church is the Body of Christ of which Jesus Himself, is the Head.
