Bishop Bolly Lapok, the Diocese of Kuching. His speech was humor, he said in US there is a LA (Los Angeles), means city of angels; in Sarawak there is a LA as well, but the meaning in native language City of Ghost, hahaha…..everybody were laughing. In reality the ghost can transform like angel to cheat us.
