Fellowship with other believers is encouraged because it helps people grow in their faith and if you stumble someone is there to help you up (Ecclesiastes 4:10 - If one falls down, his friend can help him up. But pity the man who falls and has no one to help him up!) I have had terrible experiences with all of them. Mostly a bunch of people who want to say they are perfect and point out your faults. I think God is in your heart.
