Sometimes they have speakers (but I don’t know any) or they do a craft of some sort. I am new to this group and my meeting is set for April but after Easter (April 4th). Maybe an Easter related craft, christian based? Please I need help! I don’t have a lot of money to put into this either.

can you make up a quiz for them and also try and get some word searches or quizzes like that and give a small prize for winners bar of Chocolate or small bunch of flowers

It’s amazing what results you can get by stringing beads on stretchy cord. It makes gorgeous bracelets, even for those with NO experience. Get a roll of stretchy cord (about $5.- or less) and cut it into 1-foot lengths. Fold a piece of tape over one end of each piece, to keep the beads from sliding off the other end. Get several assorted bags of beads (I might even be able to send you some extras from my stash, since it’s for a church project — email me for by clicking on my avatar for the email link) and then let the fun begin. Ask the ladies to bring plastic container lids (like from margarine or CoolWhip) to put the beads on.

Email me for more details if this sounds like a project you might want to do.

You could have them make fabric yoyo’s. Thes are easy to make and when they are done, someone could use them to make a quilt with then auctioned off for charity.
