i have heard of it. i think there is a church in anchorage but definitely where i live.
i dont believe men are apostles except the chosen 24 in the LDS church.
i believe men can call themselves apostles if they think they are called by God. but they are not ordained with authority to speak for HIM
Micah 3: 6, 11
Ezek. 22: 28
28 And her prophets have daubed them with untempered morter, seeing vanity, and divining lies unto them, saying, Thus saith the Lord God, when the Lord hath not spoken.

Jer. 29: 8
8 For thus saith the Lord of hosts, the God of Israel; Let not your prophets and your diviners, that be in the midst of you, deceive you, neither hearken to your dreams which ye cause to be dreamed.

Acts 16:
16 And it came to pass, as we went to prayer, a certain damsel possessed with a spirit of divination met us, which brought her masters much gain by soothsaying:

   Nope but I bet their apostolic and like fellowship

   I am not nor do I fully agree with the apostolic theology. The focus and source of all things is God…not people
