Is the Hour of God’s Judgment is Come? Believers must NOW Flee the Churches?

January 312010

The Bible teaches that in these days we should flee the churches. Gods judgment has begun, and God starts it at the external church. We should, if possible, fellowship with other believers; (He.10:25) but not in a church.
Fear God, and give glory to him; for the hour of his judgment is come: and worship him that made heaven, and earth, and the sea, and the fountains of waters. (Re.14:7)

When ye therefore shall see the abomination of desolation, spoken of by Daniel the prophet, stand in the holy place, (whoso readeth, let him understand: (Matthew 24:15)
And when ye shall see Jerusalem compassed with armies, then know that the desolation thereof is nigh.
Then let them which are in Judaea flee to the mountains; and let them which are in the midst of it depart out; and let not them that are in the countries enter thereinto. For these be the days of vengeance, that all things which are written may be fulfilled. (Lu.21:20-22)

In these verses, Jerusalem and Judaea refer to the external or corporate churches. The ETERNAL CHURCH consists of all those whom God has saved and these will live with Him forever in Heaven.
The armies are Satan (the antichrist), as he comes with his false prophets and lying signs and wonders.
This is Gods judgment on the church. See also:2 Thessalonians 2:1+.
For the time is come that judgment must begin at the house of God: and if it first begin at us, what shall the end be of them that obey not the gospel of God? (1 Pe.4:17)

The Bible does not tell us to flee from churches but from religiosity. Not all churches are bad. Take a look at this short article about the kind of church that I think God wants for today:

Proverbs says the "wicked flee when no one is pursuing"

Then there is this passage in Mattthew:
23When you are persecuted in one place, flee to another. I tell you the truth, you will not finish going through the cities of Israel before the Son of Man comes

Then the bible talks about fleeing from sexual immorality. I see that in the last days those in Judea will flee to the mountains……….and I know the Angels had Lot "flee" from somom and gomorrah. But seriously…….where does it say to flee the church? I don’t understand where that comes from.

Yes it is true that there are still many churches with many people in attendance; but a church’s spiritual life is not based upon numbers in attendance, it is based solely upon its faithfulness towards the Bible. God has warned the New Testament congregations that the light of truth will be removed if they do not keep His commandments:
… repent, and do the first works; or else I will come unto thee quickly, and will remove thy candlestick out of his place, except thou repent. (Revelation 2:5)

The church has never been perfect, and God tolerated the disobedience of the corporate church for quite some time. But the time has come that God’s longsuffering patience with the church is over and His judgment has begun upon the churches:
And I gave her space to repent of her fornication; and she repented not… Behold, I will cast her into a bed, and them that commit adultery with her into great tribulation, except they repent of their deeds. (Revelation 2:21,22)
For the time is come that judgment must begin at the house of God…(1 Peter 4:17)

We are in the great tribulation
However, the character of the great tribulation is not one of physical violence; but the character of the great tribulation is that of spiritual unfaithfulness in the churches and congregations of the world towards the Word of God. The churches of our day (all denominations: whether Catholic or Protestant) have fallen away tremendously from the truths of the Bible.
For then shall be great tribulation such as was not since the beginning of the world to this time, no, nor ever shall be… For there shall arise false Christs, and false prophets, and shall shew great signs and wonders; insomuch that, if it were possible, they shall deceive the very elect. (Matthew 24:21,24)
Let no man deceive you by any means: for that day shall not come, except there come a falling away first, and that man of sin be revealed, the son of perdition; (2 Thessalonians 2:3)

"The people who post warnings that they must flee their churches will be cast into the pit of 1,000,000 alligators . The chuches will shine bright as these souls are destroyed . Their children will bear the marks of the outrageous candlemaker and sing songs for the Meatloaf Devil . "

This is a prime example of why I personally left the church.
What are you trying to achieve with this.

If you feel the need to preach then why dont you preach about Gods love, the joy and happiness that knowing God can bring.
Jesus taught about love not fear and punishment, we already punish ourselves enough.
Why do people like you always talk about what is to come, why dont you enjoy the relationship we can have now with God. If you are not experiencing this then get off your soap box and listen to what God has planned for you., you might get a nice surprise.!!!

The only church that needs to be fled from is the church that satan establishes when he is cast down upon earth and sits in the holy temple in Jerusalem (where he ought not) claiming to be God / Christ . Satan will sit in the holy temple and perform miracles in the sight of man that are good enough to fool even God’s "elect" if that were possible. For the sake of the elect those days of satans reign as false messiah will be shortened . It is then that people should flee from Judea and satans synogogue. Let the wise understand

For sombody who spouts the bible, you sure have it wrong. Where are the five unmistakable signs that the Tribulation has started or even about to? Nowhere in sight. Dont you know the story of the child who kept calling wolf?

You are not serving God or Christianity by spouting off before the appointed time. Nobody will believe you now. When you might be right then the consequence is that nobody will believe you then. Therefore you are worse than nothing, you are helping those you would defeat, and so are a minus asset!
