If the young people are doing this and no one is taking control of the problems, they will just continue to pull you down and you don't need that. The devil is working on you so don't let him win. You have a fervent faith but have not done the training. You show the classic signs of a Christian who is going off the rails and thinking they know far better than church elders, the Pope and anyone else. The fact that they are "not too spiritual" means they're flawed and in need of help - just like everyone else (including you and me). If you cannot accept people (and their leaders) in their current state, you should go. No good will come if you stay and try to change people that have no desire to change. You will only become a nuisance. Besides, if you find a place you're more comfortable with, they will be more receptive to the kind of ministry you would like to do and you will find more success and fulfillment.
