what is the best thing to do? just stay, try to love them, help out or move to different church?

I been going to this church for about 6 months now. My uncle introduced me to that church after I came back to the state from long term Mission trip. At first, they told me to lead high school ministry. I was excited and set up plans to attend seminary since they were going to support me financially. However things did not go well. After they bought a new church building, they did not have enough money to support me to do ministry so I set aside and looking for job now. I want to help out with high school, however, the young adult service is not too good. People are not too spiritual, they drink, not really into like prayer meetings. They seem to value fellowship more than spiritual things like Missions, bible study, and prayer. The young adult service is not helping me spirtually at all and it is making me judge the leaders although I want to help out with the high school. What is the best thing for me to do? Move to different church with better/ spiritual peope or stay??
What makes you think you are right? You have a fervent faith but have not done the training.
You show the classic signs of a Christian who is going off the rails and thinking they know far better than church elders, the Pope and anyone else.
Carry on with the way you are thinking and if Jesus returns in a few years you will be telling him he got it all wrong!!!!!

Find a new church.
I have found throughout the years that when a person is unhappy with the way things are going it is best to leave.

Fellowship is not a bad thing. The fact that they are "not too spiritual" means they’re flawed and in need of help – just like everyone else (including you and me).
If you cannot accept people (and their leaders) in their current state, you should go. No good will come if you stay and try to change people that have no desire to change. You will only become a nuisance.
Besides, if you find a place you’re more comfortable with, they will be more receptive to the kind of ministry you would like to do and you will find more success and fulfillment.
Hope this helps!

Find a new church. If the young people are doing this and no one is taking control of the problems, they will just continue to pull you down and you don’t need that. The devil is working on you so don’t let him win. Look around and find another church where more people are spiritual and trying to follow God’s word where you can be edified and you can edify others.
