He was just using …
He was just using that as an example of how some1 can see something that looks good or sensational (like sin) and jump over the “fence” and steal it or take it. And never get caught.
But “you” was just looking over the fence inquiring to take it, But you get caught for just looking over the fence.
So thank God you got caught for Just looking over the fence……It was an example.
