Church Fellowship

This show reflects the activities of the Kaneva community “Christian Believers Fellowship”. By using avatars in a 3D virtual world, people from all around the world were able to meet in places that they had built, using virtual materials, textures, and plenty of imagination! Together we sang, danced, prayed, worshiped, shared fellowship, and testified of the saving power of Jesus Christ! God honored this by manifesting His presence, granting, salvation, healing, forgiveness, and the infilling of the Holy Ghost. The fruits, gifts, and manifestations of the Holy Spirit were generously poured out as pure hearts experienced the true and living God.

The virtual world is a mission field of which traditional ministers have not heard. This world has millions of hurting souls, seeking for hope and purpose. Many will never set foot in a Church building. How merciful of our God to be willing to use the foolishness of virtual reality in order to reach these precious ones with His saving grace! In the great commission, Jesus commanded us in Matthew 28 to go make disciples of the nations. Without a doubt, the virtual world is helping to bring this to fruition!

its this church called Christian Faith Fellowship, and they have a ATM in it…..is that a good thing or a bad thing?…..i hope alot of churches isnt about money

I think many, if not most, churches are ‘about the money’. But I’ve never heard of a church being so brazen about it.

If it’s a church you frequent or are thinking about frequenting, only you can decide about that church specifically.

Can anyone tell me a specific Christian church or fellowship that believes that higher education past high school is not required for serving in the church, including Pastoring (assuming you have God’s calling) ? I am asking this, because God may be calling me to Pastor a church someday, but I want to know *all* of the denominations that currently exist (if any) which would allow me to do this…otherwise I would start my own denomination (not to rebel, but to follow God’s calling). Also, does the size of the church, the church’s location, and/or something else factor into determining the education level for its Pastor? Would appreciate your help!

Stay away from the "calvary chapel" that one person above suggested. They are VERY authoritarian and there has been much abuse, emotional and sexual.

They also teach a lot of false doctrines, like for instance that their "pastors" are Moses. It is a dangerous place.

In answer to your question, though, many baptist groups don’t require it, and most non-denominational Bible groups don’t require it either. Find someone in your area not affiliated with anyone. You can email me if you need help doing that, since I’ve done what you’re talking about before.

Is it wrong for a Christian to just want to be by themselves? I don’t really feel that comfortable socializing especially with people I don’t know. I like doing my own thing. When I’m with others I have a hard time getting to know them and just being relaxed. I’ve always been like this, and fellowship with other Christians is hard for me.
There is a huge age gap in my church. Everyone is either too old, too young, or they are married and have families. I’m 32 and single, and I feel like the black sheep. I’ve attended the youth group at my church a few times, but I feel awkward around a room full of teens, although it’s better than being with most of the adults..
Can I still just go, enjoy the service, be a good Christian without having to socialize? I rarely even go out with family or friends..so it’s nothing against them…I’m just a private person. Should I feel bad about this? …Because I kind of do!

Lol, you sound exactly like me! Which is why I do most of my ministering through the gifts God has given me and I pray for people and I minister on the internet. Being anti-social.. is..well.. Let me put it this way. We are to minister to others to spread the word of the Lord and if you are anti social or shy or afraid to talk to someone about the Lord then you’re not doing your job as a Christian and anything that stops you from doing your job as a Christian is only the devil! I say only because our God is so much greater than satan which is why I don’t capitalize satan’s name at all. However satan is much more powerful than me or any of us alone but when we stand with God we can as it says in the bible “Truly, I say to you, if you have faith and do not doubt, you will not only do what has been done to the fig tree, but even if you say to this mountain, ‘Be taken up and thrown into the sea,’ it will happen." – Matthew 21:21

Des Moines church had their white sunday a little earlier than everyone if your wondering why this says 2007 and its already up.. lol.. but this was such a great performance to watch. Enjoyed every bit of it.. Very talented and very beautiful..

I’m a therapist who has a client who has experienced domestic violence. She is looking for a church fellowship group that also addresses spiritual growth and domestic violence. She would like to find a church in Elmhurst, Oak Park, or other surrounding areas. Can you please help me! If you attend church in any of these areas or a surrounding area and you know if a group that might benefit her, please let me know. I’ll give you the points you want! Thanks for all your help!

1 Corinthians 14:34-35 Let your women keep silence in the churches: for it is not permitted unto them to speak; but they are commanded to be under obedience as also saith the law.
