how are you connected to the head (which is Jesus Christ) if you are not in the body (which is the church – other believers)?

How are you doing your part of edifying the body and bearing fruit?

Jesus said where two or more are gathered, he is there also. It is important for believers to glorify God by coming together in one accord. Yet, the question remains, how many. Jesus said two or more. So I believe from two to what ever number is considered church.

Yet, it is important to understand that God has established an order on what and how things are to occur in the church. This is done with one being the head, which is Christ, and then those assigned by the Lord to watch over his flock, feeding and protecting them through Christ. This is done in most cases, not just by two, but yet could be.

The requirement for Christian fellowship is a fallacy propagated by church organizations. You need to fellowship with true saints of which there are not many.

We learn in this video the wisdom of friendship. Instead of focusing on a small detail we should learn to judge the whole of a relationship. We must understand we are all changed through our wives. It is important to understand this while married, or even single. Wives are to be submissive to husbands in the context of families. However, the relationship is equally important in building together a relationship with Christ. Paul states that husbands can be won over without even a word spoken from the woman.

I have a good friend who is a born again Christian. He’s totally into the whole church thing. Has been for years, something has definitely changed in his life. Using myself as an example because its all I know… I around the same time asked Christ to enter my life. I repented and accepted him as my savior. The whole nine, and nothing really happened. Some say I wasn’t sincere, etc. But I was. I didn’t feel any different. I admitedly never went to church, but shouldn’t the Holy Spirit enter your body regardless of whether you go to church, etc.? Otherwise couldn’t we say its the church that changed my friend – the fellowship, etc. and not Christ? I understand you have to put in the work, but it just seems like for some of us we don’t get that passion. There is still some doubt in my mind I will admit that. But I just feel like God doesn’t want me.

You need to go to church so you can be brainwashed.
